Resolved
On Monday morning, we received reports from few customers in the Australia region indicating that the Decisions platform was returning a 503 Service Unavailable error. Upon investigation, we identified that one of our globally distributed app services, specifically located in the Australia region, was experiencing the 503 error on random basis.

We promptly raised a support ticket with Microsoft, and a service restart successfully resolved the issue. We are continuing our investigation with Microsoft to understand the root cause.
